PURPOSE: A press-type punching die and punching method is provided to punch effectively a film, a sheet, and a panel by without heating. CONSTITUTION: A press-type punching die(2A) comprises: a stainless belt blade(202) and two or three power applying terminals. The stainless belt blade includes a Chrome and a Nickel and inserted into the substrate(201). A power applying terminals is installed in the stainless belt blade. The AC(Alternating Current) or the DC(Direct Current) voltage is applied in two terminals.
