The perfume-containing body completely surrounding a single hollow area, comprises a cross linked polymer matrix, perfumes stored in the polymer matrix in a total quantity of 10-75 wt.% related to the total weight of the hollow body, and if necessary further materials stored in the polymer matrix. The hollow body possesses a total volume of 5-8181 cm 3> at 25[deg] C and 1013 mbar. The thickness of the wall completely surrounding the hollow area at each place is 1-8 mm. Stabilizers are stored in the elastomeric polymer matrix as further material. The polymer matrix is coldly cross-linked and consists of 2-5 wt.% of cross linker such as isocyanate and 15-30 wt.% of polyamine. The polyamines are fluid at 25[deg] C and 1013 mbar. The volume of the hollow area is 95 vol.% related to the total volume of the perfume-containing hollow body at 25[deg] C and 1013 mbar. An independent claim is included for a method for the production of perfume-containing hollow body.
