PURPOSE: A biquitous management system for lakes and rivers using wide area reclaimed water, and a water use index management method using thereof are provided to offer information to workers and related organizations by measuring and analyzing the water quality. CONSTITUTION: A biquitous management system for lakes and rivers using wide area reclaimed water comprises the following: measuring devices(100) for obtaining data of the water quality, the water amount, or images of the lakes and rivers receiving the reclaimed water; and a central management server(200) connected to the one measuring devices for calculating the water use index by saving and analyzing the data supplied from the measuring devices.
