PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to protect a protection circuit module from static electricity flowing from the outside by forming a static protection part at the lateral side of the protection circuit module. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack comprises a battery cell(110), a protection circuit module which is electrically connected to the battery cell and has a static protection part(126) formed at the lateral side, and a case housing the battery cell and the protection circuit module. The static protection part is formed in order to protect the lateral side of the protection circuit module. The protection circuit module comprises a printed circuit board.
