PURPOSE: A binary wireless communication based portable gateway and network system using the same are provided to perform communication through a B-CDMA and to increase the efficiency of transmission. CONSTITUTION: A B-CDMA(Binary-Code Division Multiple Access) module(10) converts a received signal into a binary code. A CPU(Central Processing Unit)(20) performs external connecting network connection. The CPU constructs the accessible network. A memory unit(30) stores an IP signal of the external network. A high-speed WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) module(40) performs communication with an external wireless mobile terminal.
