PURPOSE: A memory card converting adapter, system thereof, and operation method thereof are provided to insert a memory card converting adapter, in which a memory card is connected, into a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: An SD(Secure Digital) interface(210) is connected to a terminal. A wireless communications chip communicates with an external device. An SD controller(216) controls data switch between an SD interface and a flash memory(212). A connection unit(220) is connected to a memory card(110). A memory unit stores protocol and software. A CPU(Central Processing Unit)(224) controls the performance of a relay function for wireless communication with the external device.
