PURPOSE: A silanyl amine derivative is provided to obtain a triplet exciton state of high energy and good film formation property, to prevent crystallization and to prepare an organic electro luminescence device with high brightness, high efficiency, and long lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A silanyl amine derivative is represented by chemical formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 alkyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C20 aryl group, and substituted or unsubstituted C6-C20 heteroaryl group including one or more hetero atom selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur atoms in a ring a C4-C20 aryl group.
