PURPOSE: A seawater desalinator and an observing method of the real-time membrane contamination potential using thereof are provided to enable a user to easily operate a reverse osmosis process for desalinating seawater, and to automatically set the membrane cleansing cycle. CONSTITUTION: A seawater desalinator includes an inflow water storage tank(10), a high pressure pump(11), a reverse osmosis module(12), a backpressure valve(13), an inflow water flux sensor(20), an inflow water temperature and conductivity sensor(21), an inflow water pressure sensor(22), a processing water temperature and conductivity sensor(23), a processing water flux sensor(24), a condensed water pressure sensor(25), a condensed water flux sensor(26), a miniature hollow fiber ultra-filtration module(30), a pressure sensor(31), a suction pump(32), a flux sensor(33), a turbidity rate sensor(34), a computer(40) for saving and processing data, an interpretative program(41), a pump(50) for the chemical cleaning, and a cleaning agent tank(51).
