PURPOSE: An air conditioner for a window frame is provided to enable indoor and outdoor units to be installed safely and simply without damage to a wall or a window. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner for a window frame comprises an indoor unit(100) and an outdoor unit(200). The indoor and outdoor units are integrally formed by a connecting unit(300). The connecting unit is fixed to one side of the window frame. The indoor and outdoor units are respectively fixed to the indoor and outdoor surfaces of a wall, on which the window is installed. The one of the indoor and outdoor units is connected to the connecting unit and the other of the indoor and outdoor units moves back and forth from the connecting unit to tighten and loosen.
