PURPOSE: An air-conditioning device for back seats for a vehicle is provided to directly discharge hot and cold air to passengers on the back seats. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioning device(700) for back seats for a vehicle is connected to a pair of branch pipes, which are branched from the main duct of the vehicle. The air-conditioning device comprises an air duct unit(100), a path unit(400) and a discharge unit(500). One end of the air duct is connected to the branch pipe. Hot and cold air coming from the branch pipe is sent to the other end of the air duct. The path unit is coupled to the other end of the air duct, receives and discharges hot and cold air supplied from the air duct. The discharge unit is rotatably coupled to the path unit, receives and discharges the hot and cold air discharged from the path unit.
