PURPOSE: A rotary hair-cutting device is provided to facilitate combination and separation of a cutting unit and to minimize loss of brush due to the carelessness of a user. CONSTITUTION: A rotary hair-cutting device comprises: a first cutting unit(210) which is formed in a cylindrical shape and in which a plurality of first cutting blades are formed; a second cutting unit(220) in which a plurality of second cutting blades and a handle rotating the second cutting unit are formed; a lever(230) jointing the first and second cutting units; and a brush storage unit(240) which is combined with the other end of the second cutting unit. |
