PURPOSE: An improved control method of hot and cool water supply system is provided to control a set temperature in a thermo and geared valve after heating by circulating residual water of pipe without exhaustion. CONSTITUTION: An improved control method of hot and cool water supply system comprise next steps. A cold water distribution pipe(10) is branched from the center part. The cold water distribution pipe supplies cold water to thermo and geared valves(22a,22b), in which a step motor and use plate are integrally formed. A hot water divide pipe(20) supplies hot water to one or more thermo and geared valves. The mixed water is controlled to the temperature which is controlled in the thermo and geared valves.
