PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify the manufacturing processes by connecting a conductive ball spacer with common electrodes of an upper and a lower substrate. CONSTITUTION: A gate driving unit is mounted on an inner circuit area by being defied into the inner circuit area and a pixel area. A control signal line outputs the control signal to the gate driving unit. A gate insulation layer(52) is formed in the front side of the lower plate. An input signal line is formed on an activation layer(53a), a source electrode(55d), and a drain electrode(55e) which are formed on the gate insulation layer. A protection layer(57) is formed on the front side in which a pixel electrode is included. |
