PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and manufacturing method thereof are provided to use a small number of masks to reduce the number of patterning processes. CONSTITUTION: An active layer(216) is insulated from a gate electrode by a first gate insulating film and a second gate insulating film. Source and drain electrodes respectively contact the active layer. A plurality of pixel electrodes(414) is formed on the source and drain electrodes. Pixel definition films are formed between the pixel electrodes. A plurality of organic layers is formed on the pixel electrodes and the pixel definition films. The opposing electrode(422) is formed on organic layers.
