PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display is provided to improve the luminous efficiency of an organic light-emitting device by including a cathode having low work function while having high reflectivity. CONSTITUTION: In an organic light emitting diode display, a first electrode(710) is arranged on an inter-layer insulating film(160). An organic light-emitting layer(720) is arranged on the first electrode. An organic light-emitting layer comprises a main luminescent layer(721), hole organic layer(722), and an electronics organic layer(723). A second electrode(730) is installed in the organic light-emitting layer. A second electrode includes a first layer and a second layer which is interposed between the organic light-emitting layer and the first layer.
