COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING NOVEL BLACK GINSENG WITHOUT TUMOR PROMOTING AGENTS SUCH AS BENZOPYRAN SHOWING HAIR-GROWTH STIMULATING ACTIVITY AND PREVENTING ACTIVITY FROM HAIR LOSS

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure rich sponin content without carcinogen. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth contains black ginseng extract as an active ingredient. A method for manufacturing the extract comprises: a step of drying ginseng at 20-60°C for 24-96 hours; a step of steaming the ginseng at 0.06-0.50MPa and 105-155°C for 1-4 hours; a step of drying at 40-70°C for 24-48 hours to have 14% or less of moisture content; a step of pulverizing the ginseng and adding 3-7(w/v) times of ginseng; a step of placing at room temperature for 3-7 hours and adding a solvent; and a step of extracting the ginseng at 80-120°C by enfleurage, hot water extraction, sonication, and reflux extraction for 1-10 hours.
