摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a positive electrode active material is provided to prepare a one-dimensional positive electrode active material with chestnut type morphology satisfying both high energy density and high power property. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a one-dimensional nanocluster positive electrode active material comprises the steps of: forming a nanocluster manganese dioxide precursor having a chestnut type morphology; synthesizing the one-dimensional nanocluster positive electrode active material having the chestnut type morphology by inserting lithium to the formed precursor; applying water-soluble polymers to the surface of the positive electrode active material particles; adsorbing metal ions to the surface of positive electrode active material particles on which the water-soluble polymers are applied; and sintering the positive electrode active material particles.
