PURPOSE: Alloy composition for a 4-way valve body and an alloying method thereof are intended to provide a stable heating/cooling system by minimizing of thermal deformation in a welding process and of change in a use environment. CONSTITUTION: Alloy composition for a 4-way valve body consists of 0.5~3weight% of Si and 10~40weight% of Zn based on 100weight% of Cu. Alloy composition for a 4-way valve body further comprises one or more of Mn, Al, and Ni. The rate of Mn is 4~6weight%. The rate of Al is 4~6weight%. The rate of Ni is 0.5~2weight%. Weighed Cu and Si are put into a device. The device is a vacuum arc melting furnace. |
