Adhesive composite system comprises an adhesive layer made from a tissue adhesive and a protective layer, which is applied on a surface of the adhesive layer, where: the tissue adhesive is based on hydrophilic polyurethane polymer and comprises (a) isocyanate functional prepolymer obtained from (a1) aliphatic isocyanate and (a2) polyol having average molecular weight of >= 400 g/mol and average hydroxyl functionality of 2-6, (b) aminofunctional aspartic acid ester (I) and/or (c) reaction product of (a) and (b); and the protective layer is water-proof layer. Adhesive composite system comprises an adhesive layer made from a tissue adhesive and a protective layer, which is applied on a surface of the adhesive layer, where: the tissue adhesive is based on hydrophilic polyurethane polymer and comprises (a) isocyanate functional prepolymer obtained from (a1) aliphatic isocyanate and (a2) polyol having average molecular weight of >= 400 g/mol and average hydroxyl functionality of 2-6, (b) aminofunctional aspartic acid ester of formula (X-[NH-CH(-CH 2-COOR2)-COOR1] n) (I) and/or (c) reaction product of (a) and (b); and the protective layer is water-proof layer. X : n-valent organic group that is obtained by removing a primary amino group of n-valent amine; R1, R2 : organic residue comprising no Zerewitinoff-active hydrogen; and n : at least 2. An independent claim is included for the preparation of the adhesive composite system comprising applying the adhesive layer made from the tissue adhesive on a substrate and applying the water-proof protective layer on the surface of the adhesive layer.
