PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to stably form the luminous intensity of the light emitting device without a defective LED by supplying a fixed current to a light emitting unit by a current source. CONSTITUTION: A voltage source(210) outputs an operation voltage(Vdd). A light emitting unit(220) includes LEDs(221_1 to 222_n) and current control switches(222_1 to 222_n). A current source(230) supplies a fixed current to the light emitting unit. The current source generates the fixed current by a current mirror method. The threshold current of each light emitting unit is equal to or smaller than the fixed current of the light emitting unit.
