PURPOSE: A device for directly cooling an oil immersed transformer using a thermoelectric device is provided to prevent breakdown due to the temperature rise of a transformer by discharging heat to the outside through the protruded heat radiation surface of the oil immersed transformer. CONSTITUTION: One side of a thermoelectric device(20) is located in a box(12). The other side of the thermoelectric device is protruded to the outside of the box. A heat absorbing member(30) increases the radiation area of the cold air from the thermoelectric device. A heat sink member(31) discharges heat from the thermoelectric device to the outside. A heat radiation fan(40) is installed on one side of the heat radiation member and increases the heat radiation efficiency of the heat radiation member.
