PURPOSE: A natural medicinal herb essence composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth is provided to reduce keratin generation on a epithelium and to prevent itchness. CONSTITUTION: A natural medicinal herb essence composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth contains medicinal herb extract which is prepared by boiling 2-12g of Ecliptae Herba, 2-12g of Biotae orientalis Folium, 2-12g of Chrysanthemi Flos, 2-12g of Rubi Fructus, 2-12G of siegesbeckia, 2-12g of Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, 2-12g of Discoreae Rhizoma, 1-10g of Corni Fructus, 1-10g of Erycibae Caulis, 1-10g of Ligustri Fructus, and1-10g of Polygoni multiflori Radix in 2.5-3 L of purified water.
