PURPOSE: A standby power breaking apparatus is provided to effectively break standby power waste by omitting a current sensor for sensing the use of a main device and a sub device. CONSTITUTION: An AC power supply unit(110) supplies AC power to at least one outlet. A port connection unit(120) is connected to a terminal port of a main device. An initial power supply unit supplies initial AC power to a first relay(131) and a second relay(132). A power supply unit(150) switches the initial AC power into DC power. A control unit(160) generates a first output signal supplied to the first relay and a second output signal supplied to the second relay.
