PURPOSE: An automatic reinforcing bar binding apparatus is provided to automatically load and punch reinforcing bars using a press bar and to conveniently bind reinforcing bars using binding members. CONSTITUTION: An automatic reinforcing bar binding apparatus comprises multiple binding members(7,7'), a punching system, and a loading press bar(5). The binding members are inserted into a supply shaft(6) connected to one side of an upper frame(2) and are supported by a supply spring(6a). The punching system presses and fixes both sides of the loaded binding member. The loading press bar is installed on the top of a lower frame and loads the punching system and the upper frame on the apparatus.
