PURPOSE: A divider is provided to minimize the unbalance of refrigerant flowing into a heat exchanger and increase the compression of refrigerant by a compressor. CONSTITUTION: A divider(1) comprises a mixed-refrigerant path(11), a plurality of liquid-refrigerant paths(12), a gas-refrigerant path(13) and a body(10). Refrigerant flows through the mixed-refrigerant path. The body connects the mixed-refrigerant path, the liquid-refrigerant path and the gas-refrigerant path. Refrigerant flowing through the mixed-refrigerant path is divided into liquid refrigerant and gas refrigerant, which are respectively guided to the liquid-refrigerant paths and the gas-refrigerant path.
