THIN FILM TYPE RESONTOR IN WIRELESS POWER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE: A thin film type resonator for transmitting power by wireless is provided to improve power transmission efficiency by using a capacitor to obtain a high Q-factor. CONSTITUTION: A first transmission line(211) and a second transmission line(213) are a thin film type. The first transmission line and the second transmission line form a laminate structure. A capacitor is inserted into a specific position of the first transmission line. The capacitor is designed to make a thin film resonator have a meta material property.
