PURPOSE: A fish cake molding apparatus is provided to enable a user to adjust the width and the thickness of fish cake discharged from an outlet of a hopper into the desired size. CONSTITUTION: A fish cake molding apparatus(1) comprises the following steps: a hopper(10) including a left hopper(11) and a right hopper(12) for storing fish cake, mounted on one upper side of the fish cake molding apparatus; outlets formed on each hopper for discharging the fish cake; mouthpieces(20) mounted on each outlet of the hoppers; a front transfer unit mounted on the outlets for transferring the fish cake discharged from the outlet to the front direction; a lower transfer unit including a first discharge hole for discharging the fish cake to the lower side; and a controller controlling the thickness and the width of the fish cake. |
