PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and control method thereof are provided to control the function of a mobile terminal by using the recognized face stereoscopic image and to improve the convenience of a user. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(151) displays a three-dimensional broadcasting image on a screen. A face recognizing unit recognizes the face of an individual. A controller(180) controls the function of a mobile terminal by using a three-dimensional face image. A broadcasting receiver(111) receives a three-dimensional broadcasting image. A memory(160) stores the three-dimensional broadcasting image from the broadcasting receiver. |
