PURPOSE: A solar and wind streetlight is provided to save electric charges by using wind power and solar power. CONSTITUTION: A fan(20) is axially inserted into a pole(10). A generator(30) is installed in the upper side of the pole. An energy converter(40) is installed in the upper side of the generator. A bulb socket(50) is installed on the side of the energy converter. A solar collector(60) is installed on the upper side of a lampshade.
