PURPOSE: A small hydroelectric power generation device installed in the flowing water is provided to increase a flow velocity and to improve the generation efficiency by making water whirl through a water passing groove. CONSTITUTION: A small hydroelectric power generation device comprises a cylindrical body(10), a wing(50), a power generator(20) and an inflow guide body(60). The cylindrical body has a water inlet(14), a water outlet(15), and a water passing groove. The water passing groove interlinks the water inlet and outlet. The water passing groove is spirally formed along the inner side of the wall part of the body. The wing rotates contiguous to end of the water passing groove. The wing is fixed inside the body to rotate. The generator is water-tightly sealed with a cover and a sealer. The water, flowing in the inflow guide body, is rotated along the water passing groove.
