PURPOSE: An image transmitting device, image receiving apparatus, image transmitting system, and method thereof are provided to arrange various image sources having high freedom degree to a screen. CONSTITUTION: An image arranging unit(120) sets up location, size, or arrangement order within a display unit. A transmission area setting unit(130) sets up a transmitting area within the display unit. An image division unit(140) generates a plurality of divided image data about one or more transmission sources. A plurality of compression units(150-1~150-n) respectively compresses a plurality of division image data. A plurality of global transmitting units transmits compressed divided image data.
