PURPOSE: A protective apparatus for a ship and a ship including the same are provided to minimize influences by wind on a ship while protecting workers by opening a protection wall when no workers exist on the ship. CONSTITUTION: A protective apparatus for a ship comprises a supporting frame(10) which is coupled to a hull and forms a duct and a protection wall(20) which is installed in the supporting frame to open and close the duct. The protection wall comprises a plurality of shields which are connected to a link unit driven with a driving unit.
