PURPOSE: A construction method of drainage facilities for preventing the subsidence of a road surface layer and a drainage device used therein are provided to prevent water from standing in a surface layer of a road and a surface layer of a road from sinking by draining off water flew inward through a surface layer of a road smoothly to the surface of the earth. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of drainage facilities for preventing the subsidence of a road surface layer comprises the steps of: installing a drainage device having one or more drainpipes formed repeatedly and continuously; forming a concrete layer for subsidence prevention by placing and curing concrete mixed with cement, sand and gravel or riprap between a top drainpipe of a drainpipe and a drainpipe; placing a water permeable material in a drainpipe of the drainage device formed in the concrete layer; and constructing a sane layer and a surface layer on the drainage device and the concrete layer in order.
