PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature distribution control electronic cooling unit that can separately set the target temperatures of a plurality of areas by means of one current controller. SOLUTION: Peltier modules 1a and 1b which are electrically connected in series with each other are respectively brought into contact with objects 2a and 2b to be controlled for temperature, and a by-pass circuit 5 is provided in electrically parallel with the modules 1a and 1b. A by-pass current is decided by controlling the by-pass circuit 5 with the outputs of temperature-sensitive elements 2a and 2b which are respectively brought into contact with the objects 2a and 2b. Consequently, the areas can be controlled to different temperatures by controlling the currents respectively flowing to the Peltier modules 1a and 2a. |
