<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strainer apparatus in which a microbe is not propagated, to which a barnacle, a shellfish or the like is hardly stuck and the pressure loss of which is made small. <P>SOLUTION: The strainer apparatus 10 comprises a pipe 12 in which a passage is formed linearly. An interior plate 20 consisting of a Ti plate onto the surface of which Pt-Ir is thermally sprayed is arranged on the inside surface of the pipe 12. A bar-shaped counter electrode is fit to a chink 20a of the interior plate 20. A ring-shaped counter electrode 40 and a reference electrode 48 are arranged on the upstream side of the pipe 12. A hollow conical screen 62 consisting of a plate-shaped Ti-made expanded metal onto the surface of which Pt-Ir is thermally sprayed is arranged on the downstream side of the pipe 12. A positive potential is applied to the interior plate 20 and the screen 62 with respect to the bar-shaped counter electrode 26 and the ring-shaped counter electrode 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
