Tower laundry dryer

The dryer (1) has drying racks (10) arranged in planes that lie on top of each other. The racks have two rack strips (5) and drying holders that are arranged transverse to the rack strips. The drying holders are laterally held by beams (3, 14). The beams comprise two beam pairs (2) that are arranged parallel to each other, where the drying racks with its rack strips are arranged at the beam pairs in a height-adjustable manner by using connection points (6). Lower ends (7) of the beam pairs are provided with a base (8), and upper ends (9) of the beam pairs are connected with one another.
