PURPOSE: An automatic pallet changer capable of reducing the fatigue of an operator by collecting cutting oil and cutting chips from a pan is provided to be stably reversed without inclining an air, although the weight of both sides are different. CONSTITUTION: An automatic pallet changer comprises a mainframe(110), a servo motor(120), a stay shaft(140), a movable shaft(150), and arms. The mainframe has first and second installation parts, a pan, and a return port(118). The pan receives the cutting chips and cutting oil. The return port collects the cutting chip and cutting oil. The servo motor is numerically controlled according to the inversion section. The fluid pressure actuates on the first and second flow paths of the stay shaft. The pallet is settled in the first second forks of both side of the arm. |
