<p>PURPOSE: A photographing apparatus and defect detecting method are provided to easily detect the defect of a solid photographing device and to remove the need of a non-volatile memory in order to memorize an address of a defective pixel. CONSTITUTION: A control unit cancels the standby state of an imaging device(S12). The control unit operates an image sensor(S13). A detection unit memorizes an address of a defect detection target pixel to an address memory unit(S14, S15). The control unit closes processing in case all pixels are processed(S16).</p> |
