PURPOSE: A roof carrier with a storage bag is provided to maintain the stable form of a storage bag by using spread bar and auxiliary bars as a frame of the storage bag. CONSTITUTION: A roof carrier(100) comprises a carrier housing, spread bars(20), and a storage bag(30). The carrier housing is divided into upper and lower housings(11,12). One side of the carrier housing is opened by coupling the upper and lower housings through hinges. The spread bars are coupled to a bottom surface adjacent to the inlet of the lower housing through hinges. When the carrier housing is opened, the spread bars are selectively rotated. The bottom of the storage bar is coupled to the spread bars. Articles are selectively loaded on the storage bag by folding and unfolding the storage bag depending on the rotation of the spread bars.
