PURPOSE: A multi-purpose table is provided to facilitate carrying, disassembly, and reassembly thereof and to be easily kept in a narrow place. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose table comprises: an upper plate(1) forming a table; a lower plate(2) forming a seat; and a pair of frames(3) in which both sides of the upper plate and lower plate are supported. The frame includes: a main frame(10) in which a fitting portion into which the upper plate is inserted is formed between two pillars; and a pivot frame(20) in which one side thereof is pivotally attached to the middle of the pillar of the main frame and the bottom thereof is supported in the surface. The fitting portion is equipped with a fastening unit(30).
