PURPOSE: A silencer for a leaf spring is provided to extend a service life by preventing abrasion between leaf spring and supporter. CONSTITUTION: A silencer for a leaf spring comprises a fixture(10), a supporting plate(11), a grease inlet hole(12), a grease nipple(13), and a groove(14). The fixture is inserted in the fixing hole punched at the leading end of the leaf spring. The supporting plate is formed in the upper side of the fixture and supports the leaf spring located on the top of the fixture. The grease inlet hole is passed through the lower surface of the fixture to the upper side of the supporting plate. The grease nipple is installed on the lower surface of the fixture in order to be connected with the grease inlet hole. A plurality of grooves is formed on the upper side of the supporting plate in a radial direction to be connected with the grease inlet hole. |
