PURPOSE: An electrostatic image developing toner particle, and an image obtaining method for an electro-photograph using thereof are provided to secure the excellent transcription efficiency and cleaning property. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic image developing toner particle contains a binding resin and a coloring agent. An image obtaining method for an electro-photograph using the electrostatic image developing toner particle comprises the following steps: attaching the toner particles on the surface of a photo-sensitive body for forming a toner image; and transcribing the toner image on a transcription material.
