PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to ensure excellent weather resistance while maintaining excellent mechanical properties and to exhibit uniform matt property in a curved surface. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises (a) 20-60 parts by weight of acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile-based graft resin copolymer including 500-4,000 ppm of metal salt coagulant, (b) 5-40 parts by weight of N-phenyl maleimide heat-resistant copolymer including 1-5 weight% of maleic anhydride, and (c) 20-60 parts by weight of α-methylstyrene heat-resistant copolymer.
