PURPOSE: A bite force measurement device of teeth and a method thereof are provided to measure the bite force of dynamic property in real time using a strain gage. CONSTITUTION: A bite force measurement method comprises the steps of: attaching a strain gate to the side of the target teeth(S10); providing the measuring signals generated from the strain gate correspondingly to the repeated mastication of the target teeth(S20); and outputting bite force acting on the target teeth using the measuring signals(S30).
