A POROMERIC FORM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A porous molded body capable of controlling the size of a pore, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the high porosity to the molded body by using dissimilar metal materials with the different melting points. CONSTITUTION: A porous molded body has the porosity of 9.5~50%. Pores on the molded body has the size of 1~1,000micrometers. A producing method of the porous molded body comprises the following steps: preparing two dissimilar metal materials(P1,P2) with the different melting points; mixing the metal materials to obtain a mixed material; pressurizing the mixed material to obtain a molded product(W); and selectively remove one metal material with the lower melting point by heating the molded product, and sintering the remaining metal material.
