PURPOSE: A chair having an upper body exercise function is provided to enable a user to perform upper body exercise while sitting on a chair. CONSTITUTION: A chair having an upper body exercise function comprises: a supporting plate(100) which is installed in a seat back(10), a seat(20), and the central back of the seat, supports a connection unit(30), legs(40), and the seat through the operation of an adjustment lever, and is extended to the back of the seat; and a spring elastic unit(200) which is fixed to the upper side of the supporting plate, is equipped with a conical coil spring, and is comprised of a perpendicular supporting shaft.
