PURPOSE: A user terminal and their operation method which uses system information are provided to supply system information about all carriers to a user terminal and to efficiently operate a carrier by receiving system information about all carriers at a time. CONSTITUTION: A terminal communication unit(210) receives system information including scheduling information about all carriers in a communication cell. A terminal control unit(230) determines handover of a carrier based on the received system information. The terminal communication unit receives system information from the base station if power is turned on. A storage(220) stores the received system information.
