PURPOSE: A polymer pin insulator and manufacture method for polymer pin insulator is provided of change design of pin insulator easily according to demand and use circumstance of user. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer pin insulator(200) is as follows. An inner core(220) is formed and a screw groove(221) combines connect pin of electric pole cross arm or wood sleeper. The inner core is sanded use sanding water for the surface area of the inner core width. An adhesive is spread in the inner core.
