PURPOSE: A superconductive cable system is provided to additionally arrange a heat insulating material made of porous materials between two pipes, thereby preventing damage of the cable system due to dielectric breakdown. CONSTITUTION: A cable(3) is arranged between two locking devices(1,2) of a low temperature maintaining device(KR). A coolant of a storage space(4) is supplied to the low temperature maintaining device. The low temperature maintaining device is made of two metal pipes. A heat insulating material is arranged between the metal pipes. The heat insulating material is made of a porous material like silicic acid.
