PURPOSE: A method for preparing a dimer which is lined by cross-linked bond of plural monomers is provided to improve dimer yield and to produce a large amount of disulfide bond dimer. CONSTITUTION: A method or preparing a dimer by cross-linked bond comprises: a step of preparing repeat chain of an adhesive; a step of mixing the repeat chains and monomers to prepare a repeat chain-plural monomer complex; and a step of isolating polymers which forms cross-linked bond between the monomers. The monomer is an antibody, ligand, receptor, or fragment thereof, recombinant thereof, or derivative thereof.
